    The idea of Smartlife Sefton is to provide ongoing support for people who have been unlucky enough to have been rocked by an Addiction or Mental Health Issue. We will support people who struggle with Addiction, Mental Health or just want a bit of extra support during difficult times... we DO NOT provide One to One Consultations, Medical Treatment, Medications or Counselling. We provide social support, weekly support meetings and online support. The information on this website should never substitute professional advice and consultation.
