    • The Atkinson’s stunning Egyptology museum takes visitors on a journey through what life was like in ancient Egypt at the time of the Pharaohs. Free Entry. Monday-Saturday, 11am-4pm

     

    • The Atkinson’s local history museum tells the stories of the people who have lived and worked along the Sefton coast. Free Entry. Monday-Saturday, 11am-4pm

     

    • Aphrodite. Medusa. Cleopatra. Explore the history of the femme fatale through characters in art, history and literature in The Atkinson’s exhibition, Fatal Attraction: Lilith and her Sisters. Until 27 March 2021. Free Entry. Monday-Saturday, 11am-4pm

     

    • Reacquaint yourself with the captivating cats who come to life in books, manuscripts and artworks in The Atkinson’s exhibition, Cats on the Page. These feline characters are sure to delight all ages – and especially anyone who loves cats! 12 Sep 2020 – 9 Jan 2021. Free Entry. Monday-Saturday, 11am-4pm (more info coming soon)

     

    • Discover artworks from The Atkinson’s extensive fine art collection in their exhibition, The Triumph of Art. The exhibition celebrates the restoration of a painting that was given to The Atkinson in the late 19th century, The Triumph of Art by Nicholas Pierre Loire. 9 Oct – 12 Dec. Free Entry.
