What's Cooking with Bliss

    We've teamed up with our friends at Bliss Hotel Southport for 'What's Cooking'. We wanted to see pictures of your culinary creations. It could have been a signature dish, something you cook for special occasions or even a meal you make on a weekly basis.

    The competition has now closed but you now have the chance to pick your favourite! 


    Each entry received below has now been entered into our ‘People’s Choice’ part of the competition where one of our entrants will win afternoon tea for two at Bliss

    Chicken teriyaki <br /> - Breaded in egg and combination of seasoned flour and panko breadcrumbs, pan fried in butter and olive oil then topped with a teriyaki sauce and garnished with sautéed broccoli and mushrooms. Served with rice. 🤤😊 <br />Meal for today - Roma Rowlands
